Conclusion

Overall I didn't really enjoy community but I know the importance of it and I know that I put all my efforts into this term and working with the boys. I have learnt that the most important role is team leader and that there should only be one of these at a time because this way everyone have one person to follow and there is no confusion. Also, by having multiple people in charge in one session but with only one of them taking the role up as team leader at a time, it makes the participants feel more equal to the leaders. If I ever did anything like this again I'm sure it would be completely different considering the fact that there were different children all week and we were aiming to create a performance. Therefore I believe I would enjoy the process more.

However, by the end of the first games he could see that the other boys were having so much fun and wanted to join in the game. We then went on to play sardines which for the first time the boys seemed...
